Desprate mesures

Well I was detailing my Mini and lost the battle of Light... I needed a car cover I dont have a car cover... I got an Idea:

so I used painters tape and bed sheets to ensure no dirt and dust got on the mini... got it done though just the next day

thought ya'll might get a laugh out of this...

I did this in a rather desperate attempt to prevent hail damage during a storm that blew out of no where a few years ago. Crude, but effective.

LOL ... When Rednecks buy MINIs.
No offense, not saying you are but you gotta admit it looks like something the Clinton's would do.
But Mark, next time get your pooches to lay on the tarp for you and you need some beer cans on the ground and maybe a shotgun leaning up against the MINI. Oh and get your wife to stick a piece of straw in her teeth and dress up like Daisy May. (wait, I kind of like that scenario <my wife, not yours> and it is Friday ).

My dad does the same thing with his motorcycle, except he uses paper clamps instead of painters tape.

I think a sofa on the front porch is also important

Yeah, just make sure the upholstery does not match the fabric on the big chair
