Yeah you just have to mist it on! And there will be some residule left in the towel you use to take it off so toward the end of wiping you should use less Hydro.

oops, i forget to mention half of 16 oz. not half of a gallon. was i right to use the paradise monster fluffy to wipe with after spraying (mist) on dry car. is paradise monster fluffy (thick white one) sucking too much so i should have used paradise platinum dual pile microfiber (thinner gray one) instead of?
i normally use my damp waffleweave when applying Hydro onto the paint.
if you're applying dry, how about you dillute it 75:25 (hydro to distilled water)?
the beauty of DP products is that you can dillute them (the waterbased
products) to your preference.
That's what I did last Sunday and it worked perfectly. Well, I spritzed the car while it was still wet (after washing) and then dried it with the waffle weave towel.
i ... already emptied half of hydro for only just one coated! am i spraying hydro too much for first time?
Just a few spritzes per panel is all you usually need. So, yes, it sounds like you're using a bit to much per app!
Although variations can work quite well, in most cases using Hydro with the Waffle Weave drying towel is best if you're using Hydro as a wax-as-you-dry spray (on a wet surface) and either the Monster Fluffy or the Platinum will work equally well if you're using Hydro as a spray wax/QD (on a dry surface).
I just bought a gallon- the price reduction made me cave! I still have 1/3 of a bottle left from last summer, just a reference for those who are not sure how much to use and how long it lasts.
I picked up some BW too, and hopefully it will live up to its extraordinary reputation.
