Placed my order for a PC with, if not all the trimmings, most of them yesterday.

Just wanted to repeat what everyone here already knows... if the Prima line of
detailing products sold by Detailers Paradise and others is anywhere near as
good as the customer service offered by Heather... they will be top notch.

Thanks for taking the time for answering all my questions even on a busy day.
I know retail can be an aggravating business... but you handle it well.

I've learned the hard way it takes a bunch of attaboy's (or girls) to make up for
one "oh crap"... but I've got a feeling you've got enough goodwill in the bank to
cover a major disaster or two, no problem <g>.

I'll look forward to my order next weekend, and hopefully I'll get to use it on
a MINI sometime in the near future.

I need to put in my order soon, but I can't decide what to get. Some leather care goo is about the only thing I need. But do I get the Nourish, or spring for the fancy stuff? I got the cloth/leather seats so it's not like I've got a whole lot of leather to care for.

 

I emailed DP while waiting for my NAM calendar and Nick was nice enough to send me the discount code (my calendar showed up today!). I placed my order for more stuff than I can easily admit to my wife. I'm looking forward to trying it all out on our new MINI, two weeks old and ready for some quality detailing time.
