lol . Yes, it will still stain. I apply carefully and then use black wow as it's drying to the black parts, no problems .

M21 has a new version 2.0 as well. Nxt and #21 are similar formulas. Nxt made for the consumer, 21 made for the pro and can be applied with a rotary. There were some streaking issues with the original #21. Anyone tried the new one?

Yes, they specifically said rotary on the megs forum, when asked what the difference was. We're not the production high speed detailers around here, so nxt 2.0 with it's great smell and pretty bottle will work just fine.

24.77 is a great deal.

I use 21 on my black car after I use something for swirl remover from meguiars as well. Cant beat that finish. I do use a RO. I clay, use a swirl remover and then #21. On the PS Mini I have used NXT, NXT 2.0 and #21. So far I like the #21 best.

Also I dont do the making tape thing unless I really want to spend extra time. I take the applicator sponge and spend 5 minutes gong around the car near the trim so I dont smear of the trim. When using the RO I keep a towel handy to wipe up any wax I get on the plastic. If you wipe it up, you will not have any problems.

I am not sure what they mean by NXT staining wheels? How is that possible? I would not worry about it.

Sorry previous post I meant to say that I like the new NXT the best on my pure Silver cooper not the 21.

Does Hydro do anything to the black plastic trim? Do you have to avoid getting it on it? Does it leave a milky film over time or anything? If it doesn't change the black plastic, I would like to give it a try.

Just don't spray it in your face; that's the only thing to worry about. (It's fine on plastic and/or glass.)

That's probably because it's a floor cleaner and a dessert topping!

I don't know why in this day & age anyone would use a wax that mars your black trim when there are so many fine (& superior) waxes out there that do not. Just my 2¢

Yeah cause it's much more fun to work a wax that smells really good & is made to be hand applied cause there's nothing quite like rubbing your hands all over your MINI

Don't know about NXT 2, haven't tried it yet. I've been using NXT 1? since it came out and am real happy with it. Does a superb job, great shine, deepens the color, (Chili Red) and after 2 or 3 applications it lasts quite a long time. Why use it as opposed to other products? All of the above plus it's quick, easy and a one step process. It does make the black trim white but rather than going to all the trouble of masking, just buff it off as you buff the paint and apply some trim black. I like Stoners trim shine and I've tried just about everything on the market. The Stoners is fast, its an aerosol, covers evenly and lasts.
