Help! Need paint scrape repair in Seattle area.

Wish I had a way to protect the back bumper. Any recommendations for paint scrape repair in Seattle area? I feel the need to watch a repair person a few times, before I attempt it myself.

see if your dealer has a mobile touch-up repair guy come in to fix their
used cars. they have some nice paint-matching tools and use airbrush.
