What is the BEST paint chip fix?

I have been doing a little research on paint chip repair, various options with various reviews. For the NAM detailers out there, what is the BEST?

I know I cannot go wrong with product recommended by the NAM faithful.

not sure about best, but wat i do is put a dab of touchup in a plastic cup,
slighly flatten the tip of a toothpick and use that to fill the chip.

it usually takes 2-3 coats depending on the depth (some times more).
get a slight convex, let dry for a week. then take some ScratchX with a
foam pad and gently polish it as flat as you can.

I like the Langka system. I've used it pretty successfully and it is really easy. Just don't get the blob smoother chemical near your black pinstripes if you have them - the solvent will remove them.
