Indoor Cover

Hello fellow NAM members:

I am looking for advice on indoor covers for my MINI. My wife just told me that she would like to by me one for christmas and I want to know which one to buy. I always park my car inside or garage and therefore there is no need for an outside cover. Any comment will be appreciated.

I'm toying with this idea myself and have the same questions.

I live in an extremely dusty part of town (let alone, state). I'm still waffling between using one to keep the dust off and leaving well enough alone and not using one.

I'm no help.

Yeah, you really just need a lightweight one. The spandex-y ones are nice and easy to use. If it's just for indoor use I wouldn't drop a big chunk of cash on one; just make sure the car is clean (dust-free) before you put it on.

We have had several of the Mosom Plus style covers from CoverKing and love them. CoverKing sells directly but it's almost always cheaper to go through one of their retailers (their website lists a bunch). www.CoverKing.com

The Mosom Plus material is perfect for indoor use... it breathes, can withstand a small amount of accidental moisture, etc, and most importantly it has a nice SOFT inner liner.

I'm told that the Silverguard Plus (also from CoverKing) has the same soft inner lining but with different indoor attributes, depending on your needs.

Any of the custom covers from CoverKing are just that- custom. So, they fit your car like a glove.

The website describes all the materials at great length if you want more details. We have really loved ours!

I'm another satisfied CoverKing customer!

Who knew that Heather and I had so much in common?
