At7815------I was wondering about that...I have heard that it was safe to put Hydro on top of Zaino, but wasn't sure about the other way around.....so you have used Zaino on top of Hydro and no problems? do you wait a month after Hydro'ing to let some of the Hydro wear off and then put down the Zano?

and how do you feel Hydro does, as far as restoring that just Zaino'd slick feel, compared to using Zaino's Z6 or Z8?

thanks

I put a few coats of Z5 and Z2 about 3 months ago and have just been using Hydro in between to keep the paint slick. It has worked very well so far. I haven't put more coats of Z2 on yet b/c I don't feel it's needed, but when I do I will just give Hydro some time to wear off or it might just be time to clay the paint so it won't be needed since Zaino lasts about 6 months.

I've used Z6 right after the coats of Z2 and it's great but you have to use a lot and is not as easy to apply as the Hydro. I really like Hydro b/c of the ease of use and the result is really good. It looks better the day after. The paint feels very slick, but not super slick like it feels right after a couple of coats of Z2, but I don't have time to put a coat of Z2 every month so Hydro works great.

Hope that made sense and I didn't get too long winded.

You won't find feedback on Ultima yet because it was just introduced...and at $70 for a spray wax no less few would be crazy enough to try it especially without any reviews supporting it.

But I am known to try small amounts of every product, and Autopia just introduced an Ultima Sampler Kit at a more reasonable price, so mine is on the way. I'm still willing to bet it will lose to the others though (even if it ties, it is 5x the price of the others..thumbs down!).

Of course I'll let people know the results when I get them in, which as usual could be a while.
I would like to hear others' comments on the product line including any backstory. Is autopia just being greedy?
