Pillars: Detailing?

There are MANY swirls on my pillars...what should I use on them to remove them?

I have:

Griots Polishes: 1-4 & Ultra Fine
Meguiars Cleaning Wax
ScratchX

I can do it by hand or via random orbital (Griots).

I need to get this done today/tomorrow because Sunday is the Guinness World Record attempt!

Thanks!

Tape it off and try a test spot! You'll probably have to start with 2, then go down to 1, then down to Ultra Fine...but try the 1 first as a test spot and see if it takes them out. If it does, then use that. If not, go up to the 2.

(That's the right order right?...1 is the finest?)

Yes, 1 is the finest before you get to Ultra-Fine.

Any suggestion on the orbital speed?

PC on Speed 5 with ScratchX should work. What pad do you have?? Griots Orange should be fine.

On the griots system Polish1 is the course polish. I used Polish3 on the pillars. They also sell Polish4 which is the finest.

Yep - this should work fine. I polished one of mine out a while back with Prima Swirl and the PC - worked great.
