Yes, Prima Wheel Shield has cleansers and a protective sealant. In fact, the cleansers are quite effective at even very stubborn and baked on brake dust and gunk.

And yes, you can just use a clean cloth to apply and scrub with the Prima Wheel Shield.

Magic Erasers work great for getting all of the brake dust off. I use mine with regular car soap, and it all comes right off. I had the problem when I first got the car, of the little burned pieces in the corners of the wheels, but it takes care of it no problem. They are like 2.00 for a pack of 2.

pots and pans, ceramics and stoneware. it's been around a long time in
Japan to remove tea stains and such.

it's most effective with water, not soap actually. its part of our sink
arsenal in the kitchen.

It's amazing on grout. That's what I use ours for!

3M has a really nice tire cleaner that works very well for my white wheels. Their wax is awesome...3 months later and my MINI is still repelling water and shining like new! Erikvonzipper had a good idea about using those rainbow fluffy duster things to go inside the wheels. They work pretty well.
