I just took the 2001 40th aniv MINI for a drive that car is a hoot!
I am more partial to the 1960 and will be taking that car home tonight!

 

I just put an RSVP on the event - if people could RSVP so Ben could have a count of people coming to his event. We have the Tate breakfast (Ben's old employer where he was the Sales Manager) beforehand and then we have people splitting off for the Helix event and Ben's event.

 

I'm brand new to the whole Mini crowd. I just picked up my 04 S last weekend and am pretty sold on the whole Mini motoring lifestyle. I hope to see you folks this Saturday.

LOL Funny how Jay's hat doesn't look PINK!!!! And DARN those cars look so good! I love how it just kind of melts away now. You really can't notice it at all. NICE

 

Ben, I had a great time today, it was neat to check out the shop and all of the other cars (not only the SWEET classic Minis but some other awesome rides!). Thanks for doing that - I hope your business does very well with the addition of MINIs.

What a day, huh?...couldn't have been nicer.
Big thanks to Ben et al for allowing us to invade his business and gobble up free food. And thanks for letting my drive the Morris...a real challenge to find the gears, but fun nonetheless. I loved the lil beep-beep horn too.

The Jag came out at about 5 pm, shortly before Jaysen and Stacey left. It was amazing, not quite a handling type of car but WOW was it awesome in a straight line!!! Yes WOW is about the only word that describes it! There are pics of the Jag and it's V-12 engine in my gallery!

It was an amazing and beautiful day!
