Hello,

I bought a green 2006 MINI last year and Love it! If you live on the West Side of Alexandria you prolly see me speeding around everywhere. But Im ready to make some performance modifications on my car but i dont know where to go.

Know any good places around alexandria? I saw something about a shop in maryland on the boards but that seems pretty far. Basically i want to add couple things like a new Supercharger and cold air intake and Im too afraid of doing it myself.

Lucky Dog Garage is the place we go to up here in Md. They are FANSASTIC and do really good quality work. I have had a bunch done there and have had my baby tuned there just a couple of weeks ago. Worth the nice drive to have stuff done. Look into them.
I don't know of other places, but I am sure there are some. I just know that the quality speaks for itself.

Checked out their site, seems like they really know what they are doing! I didnt see labor rates on there, are they expensive?

Its seems though everyone here is happy with what they have done thats a huge + in my book.

 

I got the full deal, ECU flash and Dyno (6 pulls) that bumped me up to 197.4 whp for $350. To me, that was a super deal and they are great folks there too.

 

Hotohori, LDG is definatly one of the top recommended shops by DCMM members. Notice where Big Daddy came from to do his ECU, Canada! LDG know's MINIs and Minis, they have their own MINI and Mini race cars too .
