Well, to this date, I haven't heard from Tate...not a peep.
However, I did speak to Mr. Tallerico at MINIUSA today. We spoke for some 50 minutes. He informed me that my letter with photos will be distributed all the way up the corporate ladder. He also expressed concerns with Tate's lack of service and bad attitude, and not in a placating manner like "Gee, MINIUSA's sorry this happened,but there's nothing we can do". I get the feeling this guy is going to actually do something..
I imagine it'll be a while for the ripples to reach all the way up, but he said he will be contacting me in the near future.
I really hope something comes of this. If nothing else, that Tate be held accountable and that corporate HQ will get on their tail.
