It doesn't bother me sharing with a few more people...as long as I have a place to sleep; couch, bed, floor, wherever. I am not picky. I am just waiting on defylogik for confirmation and cost for my share so I can give him my portion of the room.

 

same, floor is fine for me...i might be bunking up with mark and kim though, i like how everthing falls together at the same time...

 

At least MDS may have a MINI to drive now.

Well I just made a reservation at Fontana Village for MOTD!!!!!!!! They had a room come available recently so now I have a place to stay and I have a second bed available!!! If someone is looking for a place to stay still pm and let me know, maybe we can work something out!

 

I have two rooms reserved actually....one at Fontana and one at Tapoco lodge. One of them must go....decisions decisions

 

Fontanna is the 'hub' of events... and where I will be having breakfasts for DCMMers

 

Not to double post, but I just connected with someone from SunShine MINI's to split a cabin so I'll now be at Fontana not the Phillips motel... And in range of breakfast!

 

I have been on the waiting list at Fontana for about 6 weeks and was wondering what the deal was when Mini-Bee called up and got a room. I just now called up and they hadn't checked the cancellation list for today and sure enough there was one so they gave it to me!!! So much for the waiting list-if you are the first to call and they have a cancellation, you get it-so there is hope after all so if you don't have a room or have a room somewhere else and want to stay at Fontana keep trying!

This is my first dragon and I called every motel that was open in January and the best I could do was a reservation at the Highland Manor in Townsend, over an hour away. I have been trying to wangle a room for my daughter and I ever since! Thanks Mini-Bee for your post-it got me on the phone and got us a place to stay in the middle of the festivities!
