The MINI is gone, Wheels for sale
Hi all,
I haven't posted here in months, but I just wanted to say, that, after many months of waiting, complaints to the lawyer about not keeping me updated, and dealing with other issues that have caused my '05 MCS to go into Tate (10 times in 12 months!), I can say that I have finally returned my car and have been reimbursed. Believe me when I say that I wish it never came to this.
I really, really, really, really wanted to love my MINI. I had been infatuated with it since I heard about its 2nd coming back in '01. My ownership experience, however, turned me off in a way that I do not wish upon others.
As a result, I have a set of 16 inch 5-spoke wheels fit with winter sport tires for sale. Tires are 195/55TR16 Continental ContiWinterContacts. I can't remember the wheel brand off the top of my head (they've been sitting in the basement for a while). They have about 2500 miles on them and have nary a scratch and fit like a glove. I have to fish out my pics of the wheels on the car, but I'll hopefully have them up in a couple days.
$500 for the set of four, I paid close to twice that. I'm just looking to get rid of them, so if there is any interest, let me know. Thanks all, and I hope your ownership experience is way better than mine.

I really don't want to deal with shipping wheels and all that, so if any DC Metro area people are interested, they can drop by or I can deliver, depending on how far away you are, of course. I work in McLean, VA and can meet in that area if that helps.
