Hey all - I live in Fredericksburg, and have visited all 3 dealerships in VA prior to ordering my MINI with Checkered Flag all the way down in Virginia Beach. I have read the posts about MINI of Sterling, and it a big mix of great and awful. Anybody have a favorite place to take their MINI for service?

I would definitely consider a road trip to VA Beach if Checkered Flag is better than the other two in terms of customer service and quality of work; I'm not real crazy about Crown in Richmond for some vague reasons. Just curious where you take your MINIs and what your opinions are. Thanks!

 

There is Tate Mini in Maryland. Its probably about the same distance. I havent been there but am going soon.

 

Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach is great.

 

Frank of Checkered Flag is the #1 service advisor in the US, can't get better than that.

 

And, as another plug, when I move to DC/Ft. Meade at the end of the year I'll still head to CF most likely for service.

 

So far I have nothing but good things to say about Crown MINI in Richmond. Tate service stinks, have not been to Sterling but Richmond is easier to get to from Fredericksburg. CF is simply too far away for simple service needs.
