OK so can someone explain this Tate breakfast thing to me?...I would like to go, It'll be my first time. Do I bring some food or just show up? Thanks and looking forward to it. BTW I'm not a member of DCMM but will probably join in the near future...

The Tate breakfast is free to all, and you don't have to bring anything.
I bring baked goods and juice, plates and napkins and we just stand around and eat and talk. It's purely social. We're a fun bunch , so I hope you come. Where do you live?

 

All of us in VA be aware the inner loop of the beltway (coming from MD into VA) at the Woodrow Wilson bridge will be closed down to 1 lane much of the weekend as they shift the inner loop to the new bridge. So coming home will be a issue. I for one will take 50 to DC, and down 395 to Arlington etc. to come home from Tate.

 

unfortunatly I can't make it this weekend. I'll be taking my niece to the zoo saturday ( and Sallykat too!!!) we should have a gooooood time seeing panas..this is what Laurel calls them. Leave it to a 2 year old! Eat some good crumb cake for me!

simmah down now..what I need to know is if you guys are coming to the breakfast. I need to know how much stuff to buy.....

 

We haven't done one of these yet and being that we had a blast hanging with you guys on 7/4 we'd like give this a try. So we'll be there, but we'll be nice and we won't bring the kids with us this time.

 

I'll be there. I'll also be bringing along the OBDII software stuff I bought (AutoEnginuity) if anyone wants to check it out.

 

I may need that.

Actually, one of the reasons we're not bringing the kids is they can get bored a little too easy at times.

 

They did not seem bored during the Run on the 4th of July...
