We want to order and '06 MCS but also continue to keep our eyes open for a used one. Mini of Sterling won't refund once the order is placed, which seems odd for a normally equipped car that I must pay MSRP for. Any thoughts about Mini of Annapolis or other local dealers?

 

Sterling will refund your money after the sell the car off the lot. That was the policy when I put the deposit down on mine last July.

 

hmm....the MA just told me no refunds unless the mgr agrees to it (which I'm working on now). Seems a bad way to do business and this is our second Mini from them. :( They apparently think LSD is a feature people don't want.

 

Call and ask. This was the policy when I bought from Tate as well.

 

well....worked it out as a $500 deposit, so not so bad if something else comes up. Placed the order today....thanks all!
