Dragon Double Cross rally... partner?
Dragon Double Cross rally... partner?
On a similar vein to my thread looking for a partner in the Creeper race, I am also looking for a partner in the Double Cross rally. I am not that concerned about whether someone is a "navigator" in my car, or whether I am one in someone else's car, but the rally is really supposed to be done in pairs.
The only item of note is that they have added a "New MINI with NAV/GPS" class, and since I have the Nav in my MINI, that would put us in a separate class than the majority of participants (I'm guessing that more people won't have it than will). I also plan on updating to the brand spanking new 2005 map disc before the Dragon, so my maps will be as up to date as possible. Something to consider, but I won't be upset if I end up as a navigator. :smile:
Anyway, are there any interested parties? Either way, navigator or driver?

Uh-oh... I just PMed you back, Neko... I've been driving all day (and therefore offline)... am I too late? Have I lost TWO partners (first CustomAV (to his wife, now you (to torrential?))? ARGH!

If torrential did... then I STILL need a partner. Sheesh, I first asked the open question a week ago, you'd think it wouldn't be so hard! Anyone else? Clearly someone's going to be left out here (either torrential or myself) so hopefully there's one more person still interested...
