Anyone Interested in a Pulley Party?

Show some interest here:

P.S. I am not organizing this. I just want to have a pulley installed by Randy.

They did a session in the Richmond area recently. At that time, there was not a lot of interest here in scheduling anything with Webb. We do have a local MINI enthusiast with his own garage - John Behe at Glenelg Service Center in Maryland - who can and has done pulleys in the past for several people in the area.

VoiD,

Nothing against Randy and the fine work he does, but why wait? I had my pulley done last Friday by John Behe, the owner of Glenelg Service Center in Glenwood, MD. He races MINIs and knows them inside and out. He has done numerous pulleys. I was referred to him by another DCMC member. I found his work to be first rate and he is a great guy to chat with about the car. $400 installed.

installation and pulley?

Was that including the pulley, or just the installation cost? I was quoted $300 for installation by Towson, and DCMM members get 10% off that. If it was with pulley, which one was it?

Thanks,
-Andy

also does he warranty his work?
anyways sounds like a pretty good deal if the pulley is included in the price.

That was the part ($110 mini madness pulley) + labor $285. Like any good mechanic the work has a warranty, but just like any other installer, if the supercharger blows up, it won't cover that.
