Winter Doldrums event idea?
Winter Doldrums event idea?
Greetings.
With all the snow and cold weather, there haven't been too many things going on this winter. What do you all think of taking over one of the Cinema N' Draft Houses for a double feature showing of the Italian Jobs, old and new? Not too many folks have seen the old Michael Caine movie, and it's a real classic. While not a driving event, this would get people out and about, and perhaps help spur ideas for the spring!

Hell yes! Work permitting, I'd love to get in there with an appreciative audience. Lot of the guys at work are just "Oooohh, Charlize Theron!"
Only two people in that movie could act their way out of a paper bag, and they killed one of them off in the first scene..Ed Norton was the other one.

The fact that I live 2 miles from there and I just got my Mini you can chaulk me up to a Yay.
I say work on the details. I have lots of friends that are car freaks and would go just to see the movies too.
