MINI in National Geographic
The Feb.05 edition of National Geographic (with the Great Grey Owl on the cover) has a featurette in the Geographica section, near the front, un-numbered page) entitled "Global Economy, A World of Parts" "It's a big job to build a Mini" that highlights the geographical diversity of the Mini.
The article states that there are a total of 250 different options, making for some 50,000 different, unique configurations.

Yeah,
I saw that at the dentist office, was going to take it but my daughter runs the place and told me to put it back.
I told her I was going to get him a replacement when I could find one. Have been to the bookstore yesterday and today and they still have last months.
Good article.
