PS3 Friends List

Ok, we have a Wii Friends List, so I figured I would start a PS3 one. Mine is JustJAY, if you couldn't guess.

Also, if you haven't tried Home on the PS3 yet, go download it. It is pretty cool

I won't be an official DCMM member for a few months yet, but participation is fun! Mine is DrGuppie (not a dr and nothing to do with fish).

Not quite off topic, but are there Grand Turismo 5 prologue or Forza 2 Mini racers here? Would be great to have Mini races in either

We have a PS3...how do you create a list and/or get on someone else's?
What's Home? Is that Second Life for PS3? Generally those avatar real time games are full of ..well..the word rhymes with bass poles. I tried Second Life and gave up cuz I was constantly harassed no matter what world I went to...
Little Big Planet is fun..just got that a couple of weeks ago...

kgdblu, on the far right of the main PS3 menu is the system for adding friends. I think you have to be signed into the Playstation Network for it to show up though, but if you're playing Little Big Planet (great game!) then I think you already have to be signed in.

imnothng here.

Just really started playing GT5 and liking it so far. Does anyone use a wheel here? I was thinking about getting one, but I'm not sure because I'm not sure where I can "mount" it. I don't think I can fit it to the coffee table without doing some mods. I usually sit on the couch while I play. But I love the idea of more realism. I'm tossing up between getting one of the following; http://www.amazon.com/Logitech-96341.../dp/B000GP8448 or http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/pro...on=&langid=EN#

Wagnbat on PS3.

I only have MGS4 and GT5P, neither of which I play often. I'm much more reachable via Xbox Live. Wagnbat there also.

I got a wheel for Forza 2 and while it's fun, I have to set up an table to mount it on when I want to use it and that takes some of the fun away. It also takes a significantly different touch, and requires a much smoother driving style because you can't twitch the little joystick to correct. On the other hand, it's also easier to be smooth since you have more control.

I can't speak for the experience in GT5P, but I imagine it's similar.

Since we're tossing in XBox Live names here too it seems:
PS3: drguppie
Live: cameroon

Yeah I was thinking the same problem with getting the wheel would be the mounting issue. But I did find a product you can get, wheel pro stand, but it's quite expensive for what it is. All said and done for that and the best wheel I'm looking at almost 500$, which a little crazy just to play a racing game. Then again, it's quite cheaper than modding the car and racing that, lol, but probably not nearly as fun

Oh yeah, XBox Live-imnothng as well. If you add me though, don't forget that there is no "i" .
