Was it Hub Krack that sold you the unit? Cool if he did. My unit is still sitting on the market - people have the perception that it's a basement unit and don't want to live underground. My thoughts are it's mostly young ladies shopping the market and don't want to live in the back of the building.

*Note it's six inches below ground.. not exactly underground.

No I was thinking about another friend of yours .. a capitol hill resident ..



well our house is now under contract - all inspections done - but we are waiting to hear back from our attorney about the "COOPER HOUSE" as we call the potential new house. Hope all goes well, otherwise we are going to be homeless...with three MINIs on the street...

Maybe someone is saying 'below grade' and they are getting the wrong idea about what THAT means!

Well we did it.. the "cooper house" is finally ours !!

Need to update google's map with one of the MINI from La Scuderia as the Blue MINI is showing up on the google street search !!!
