I have a question. If the cooper has a price of 25000 for example, how much do we need to pay to dealer?

25000.00+ 6% (150.00) + 95.00 (dealer doc fee) + title and tag ($275.00)?

Does it seem right?
I know new car title fee ($50.00) and registration fee ($128.00) for maryland. ($178.00)
Is there something called lien fee ?

How much did you get charged for title and tag? I paid $275.00 and it seems wrong. I want to know what is the correct number to tell a dealer.
By the way it is from annapolis.

Also, do you have an opinion about Dent zone which covers all dent and ding for 5 years? I got it, but am thinking to cancel it now.

This page does say something about a lien fee.

 

They should itemize the fees for you. It sounds like they are adding the $95 doc fee twice. $50 + $128 + $95 = $273

The sales tax would be $1,500, not $150.
