Yesterday I spent a good hour at MOA and chatted with the new GM for a long time...( MOA had just serviced my '08 MCSC).... and yes, things are and will be very different. I am very excited about the new owner as the management (both MINI and BMW) has nothing in common with the old TATE mentality. I found out that, in addition to BMW and MINI, Group 1 purchased the bodyshop and the Chevy building (not the dealership which now is only on West Street ).

New trained Master techs are on the way as well as trying to get more loaners as at this time, MOA is not limiting the use of a loaner to prior customers.

Glad to hear about all the positive changes...I'm looking forward to checking them out since they are technically the closest dealer to me. I just wonder if they can get a SA as caring and knowledgeable as Rose!

Hey, great news. However, I called the service department, or should I say attempted to call the service department to schedule a wheel alignment for our Cooper S... The phone always went to voice mail and finally on the 4th attempt I left them a message to call me back and still have not received a return call. Think I will go to FunKtion Auto instead....
