Greetings all. I wanted to briefly add my voice of confidence after having a fantastic experience at Towson Mini. Benn Edwards was great from start to finish. I did all the wheeling and dealing over the phone and internet. I couldnt be more pleased after a less then helpful experience at Sterling and then a bait and switch deal at the Annapolis dealer. I purchased the rollout clubman (blue with silver top) and it is just a great dirving experience. I thank this forum for very informative posts. cheers

Sounds like you tried all 3 DC-ish dealers. That's not fun.

You don't know how happy this makes me - I'm on the tail end of an all-online order from Towson, and I was a little nervous that it wasn't worth the drive from DC... but it sounds like they have the best service...

 

I ran into the same issues at MoS. When they finally reponded to my voicemail/emails I was told their allotments were all used up but I could be put on their "waiting" list. No thank you.

Fortunately I ordered from Annapolis on 6/14 and got week #28. Towson Mini in MD, and Otto's and Main Mini's in PA also have available allotments.
