On June 21 area youth 8 to 17 will be racing there gravity powered cars down Constitution Ave (Capitol Hill).

Will need help on race day 6am for venue setup and race management

PS Fractured Prune will be there selling coffee and custom hot donuts!

Will need help on Fathers Day (June 15) with the inspection of all the SBD racers @ Little Falls Mall, Brookmont MD across the street from NGA headquarters!

May need additional help with a yet to be determined date/location of a assembly clinic

The three division winners from the 67th GWDCSBD will go on to compete in the 71st All American Soap Box Derby in Akron Ohio in July

Last year for the first time in the history of the sport, a winner from the GWDCSBD went on to win the All American Soap Box Derby.

Last July 600 Champs from 38 states and 4 nations competed in the All American Soap Box Derby.
