For those of you out and about tomorrow...
Thanks; the major highway i take to work shouldn't be that bad (since the crews try to clean those off). I'm more concerned about having to run around an icy parking lot in the freezing rain/snow tomorrow to get people's cars for them. (The joys of being a porter i guess)

I teleworked till about 10 then came in to 'put in a appearance'. Only about 1/3 are here. I plan to bug out again before the next wave of rain hits. From Mt Vernon to Crystal City roads were just wet including bridges. And by then traffic was light enough to be able to take it easy without being pushed.

My long commute of 1 mile was actually quite pleasant today. in fact I extended my commute to be 6 miles because I fancied a drive. Roads were very empty around falls church.

Seems kiddies got a nice free day from school today! I can't believe they were all closed! My drive home in the "worst" of the conditions, I had an easy time! I will never understand the people who makes these decisions!
Otto and I made the 5 minute commute to work and home without incident.
Walking across slushy lawns and climbing icy steps was no fun though.
