Please help - n00b question on wheel sizes

My 2010 Cooper S R60 has the R127 alloys on, but they've corroded really badly.

I have four new Avon 225/45/18 tyres waiting to fit, but think I want to get the wheels sorted first.

I have the possibility of some aftermarket alloys which are the following size:

18"
8J
5x120 PCD
Centre bore 74.1mm
ET45

Other than having to buy some spigot rings, will there be any clearance/rubbing issues on standard suspension? I've browsed through the 'show us your summer wheels' thread but it seems people are running some real extreme sizes with suspension mods.

Many thanks

Joe

Well, it’s done and they’re fine. Silence is golden I guess
