Large diameter tires

Hello,

Does anyone know what is the largest tire in diameter that can be run on a Countryman All4 without rubbing.
I have 17" wheels but looking to buy 16" white "rally" wheels and run 215/70r16 bfg ta's k02.
Can I use these without the lift from cooper crap or M7?
I would probably put the lift on later; but I need to buy new tires now!

Thanks for for help.
Rodney

i am running 205/70R16 (27.3 OD) on 16x6.5 et 46 wheels on my all4 with factory sport suspension (10 mm lower than standard suspension) with no rubbing even with the car weighted until sitting on the bumpstops

215/70R16s on the same wheels just rubbed in the rear when on the bumpstops and in front just rubbed at full turning lock when on the bumpstops

photos white wheel is oem 225/45R18 (25.9 OD) on 18x7.5 et 52 wheel, silver is the 205/70R16s
