Will 37 offset fit '14 CM

Need some advice. I found some wheels I like and all the specs are spot on except for offset. 18x8, 5x120, 72.5 hub diameter with 37 offset. 37 offset is lower than spec by only 3mm. Does anyone know (1) If 37 offer fit '14 CM and (2) with it being lower than spec what needs to be adjusted (hopefully nothing) to ensure proper fitting. Thanks in advance for your time and response. Cheers.

My aftermarket 19x8 wheels have 45mm offset. With 245/40 Sumitomo HTRZ III tires, the rear will lightly scrape on huge bumps. Fyi, I also have the sport suspension (which is a tad lower than normal suspension) and stock alignment.

My calculations indicate that if you go with 225/45/18, you should clear (with the normal suspension and stock alignment), or just barely scraping the rear on huge bumps (if you have sport suspension and stock alignment).

I am running aftermarket 19x 8, 45 offset with 235/30/19 with Coilovers lowered about 2.5 in and have no rubbing or bumping issues. I love the stance ands aggressive look of the wheels and tires.
