Which tire for 19" 7.5 wheels?

I am looking for tire size suggestions for 19" rims with 7.5 offset. I intend to keep the stock springs, but don't want to have too much wheel gap after changing out my 17" rims.

I got these rims:

I'm thinking 225/40, 225/45 or 245/45. I'll be looking at all seasons.

I've read the threads on 19" wheels, but it seems most people have lowering springs. I'm looking for stock springs.

Just saw your PM, but thought I'd reply all here as well...

I have the JCW 19" wheels with the packaged Pirelli tires in 225/40R19. I'm running those on the factory "Sport" suspension. No additional lowering...

i am running 225/50R18 summer tires, OD of 26.9" and 205/70R16 winter tires, OD of 27.3" and i have the factory sport suspension

225/45R19 tire is 27" od, should fit with no problems and will fill the wheel wells nicely

225/40R19 tire is 26.1" OD
245/40R19 tire is 26.7" OD

Thanks, Scott. That's very helpful.

I'm down to 2 all-season choices: the General G-Max AS-03 and Continental ExtremeContact DWS. The Conti's get better ratings for the snow, but the General seems like a close contender from what I've read.
