First off I want to introduce myself. I'm James I just purchased a 06 Cooper HB/B .You may see me out in West Omaha and Waterloo. I love my little car. I was planning on posting pictures today in my introduction thread but the dealership has Cliff and they have had him since friday morning. They have him for the quality check, paint protection bonett stripes and driving lights. So hopefully I will get it back tomarrow. I guess they cant figure out how to install the driving lights. I couldn't wait to introduce myself. So I jumped the gun and posted without pictures. I recieved my CORN shirt today It looks great BTW.

Does anyone do MINI Nebraska tours? What i mean is travel the back roads and visit Nebraska stuff. I think my first trip with Cliff with be a trip up to Blackbird Hill, Anyone been out to the nine mile prairie out west of lincoln? I thought about going to that also. I am thinking about going to minis in the mountains or meet me under the arches this year. wish i could make it to the dragon I guess I will go next year, tho I plan on going to dinner with the dragon riders on the 28th

So I hope to have some pictures tomarrow hopefully the weather will be just as good as it was today.

Welcome and Congratulations

 

Thats what I am talking about. Great to see someone interested in writing a few lines about themselves and thier MINI.
As far as backroads drives in Nebraska. I have done a few out here in the middle of the state also in Kansas. With more MINI's in the area weekend groups will form and go here and there. I will be posting requests for travel times people want to go to MINI's in the Mountains sometime in May as we get closer to that event. That way we can all find a great trip on the way there and back.

A little more about Cliff and my self

He gets his name from Cliff Claven, I am a Letter Carrier also and thought it would be cool to call my car Cliff. It will get boot stripes and paint protection in a few days But this is Cliff's big coming out. I also have more chrome peices coming so he quiet not finished yet
