installation in St. Paul, MN

okay, so I decided to purchase Mymini Sports Exhaust along with OBX headers. I could certainly do the installation myself but I do not have a welding machine. Now does anyone know a place near St. Paul, MN that could do the installation. What I am looking for is a place that doesn't charge too much and have the experiences to get the job done correctly. (too many negative experiences in my past!)

thanks.

Sorry, I don't know a shop, but. . .

Are you going to be running the stock cat or an aftermarket cat? I like the header but want to run a high flow cat with it. Ideally, I would like to do the Milltek header, but it's a grand. So the OBX is a good alternative.

Good luck!

I'm in Minneapolis and have an 02 MC. I've done most of the work myself, but have been looking around for places that are fair and reputable. On place you might want to consider at is Bradan auto on E. Hennipen (612-331-1889). They were ranked high in customer satisfaction and in the few conversations I've had so far (no work done yet), they seem to a good find. Apparently one of them came from Custom Coaches in S. Mpls - a place specializing in classic Brit cars including the original Mini. Good luck, we should meet up sometime.

thanks guys. I am thinking of doing the installation myself along with my roomate who is orginally from LA who specializes in Hondas and Acuras (oh BTW he used to own a 12 sec. all motor civic that he built from the bottom up).

If you guys happen to see me on the road flare me down. We will have to go picknicking/ BBQ one of these days, i'll supply the beer

until then, take care.

Steve,

I will be running the stock cat for now. Maybe in the future I'll go with something else. My long term goal is to turn this mini to a near-full road course car.

Thanks.
