Cold Air Intake 2006

Hey guys..I need some advice..

I'm getting the Mymini Sports Exhaust and need a Cold Air Intake to go along with it....but mymini doesn't have any listed for the 2006 MC. Does anyone know of a good quality cold air intake for the 2006 MC? Maybe something with a heat shield?? Thanks for the help!

I have a 2006 Cooper and bought the mymini exhaust (which I love). This will probably engender multiple flames, but frankly, if I were you I'd save my money on a CAI - The 2006 (or may have been 2005) cooper air boxes were improved from what I understand - and there isn't much but noise (or sound if you like that kind of thing) to be gained from messing with the air intake. You can get as much benefit (if any) from substituting the ITG drop in air filter from mymini. If you want to do it just for the additional intake growl and a placebo effect, fine, but you might want to save your money.

Hey, thanks! That's the first time I've heard of that improvement on the 2006's...I appreciate it
