and did I mention cheapest?

If you've done an ECU mod did it significally improve your MC? Power, smoothness.....good feeling knowing you tried to increase your 115HP?

I have the standard MTH. I found it to be an do-able process. Don't remember the exact price because I had to get the sensolutions cable. It was under $300.

I noticed a bit more power especially under 4000 rpm. Redline was moved up to 7200. A pleasant surprise has been a bump in gas mileage. 1.5-2 mpg

The best bang for the buck engine mod that I have done.

Standard MTH on my car, with the Promini intake and Borla cat-back made 110 hp and 108 ft/lbs of torque at the wheels. At the time, MTH was dirt cheap so my total investment was around $800 (based on the prices I paid for the items). If you figure a 14% driveline loss, that means ~126 hp at the crank, or about 10 more than the stock rating.

Car felt a lot more lively after those 3 mods, and the rev limiter bump helped significantly for autocrossing - those daggone places where you needed... just... a... bit... more... RPM range to wind it out before braking for the next corner. Before, you'd have to ride the rev limiter (not good, in general) or shift and then almost immediately downshift.
