Seafoaming the R50

Does anyone have any first hand experience with Seafoam. My R50 has 175K miles on him and I have heard that Seafoam is good for cleaning out carbon throughout the engine. Please share any experiences you may have had with this product, good or bad.

Doing this is more more the R56 MINI because fuel is sprayed on the back of the valves and it causes carbon build up. Running a product like Techron or Lucas will help to clean yours. Add it to a few tanks and you should be fine.
