I have a 2008 Mini Hardtop, which I love, however it did not come with cruise control. I commute, so this is a concern because I catch myself driving WAY too fast on the interstate. Please help!

Has anyone added cruise control? If so, how & where did you get the information to do so?

It's a topic that comes up regularly. It is possible, but expensive. Ask about it at your dealer, but some dealers who have never done it may tell you that it isn't possible, even though it is.

Thanks, rkw, for the info. I'd asked the dealership & they told me they weren't able to add cruise control supposedly. I'll check the other forum.

Yes it can be added. I'll be adding Cruise to my 08 clubman in the next few weeks, looks like parts will be about $500
