Clutch Replacement?

Is there anything else I need from the Kit? Or will this Kit be perfect to replace my slipping OEM clutch?

The only other thing you may want to consider is a new flywheel. I replaced mine when I installed my ACT setup last month. I used the ACT Streetlite flywheel. I love the setup! My factory DM flywheel was still in pretty good shape though.
How many miles are on your clutch? Are you going to do the job yourself?

First off, the ad lists that as being the same clutch for a MC from 2004 to 2008 ! And another updated part no. in the fall of 05'. There was a change for that kit in mid 2004. And unless you have cash to burn, this is a 6-7 hrs of labor for a Cooper, so why screw around with some crap made by God knows who ?
I also dont see any new 14mm torx bolts in that kit either.......need 6. They cant be re-used.....
For another 125 bucks buy OEM. Comes with 2 yr warranty and they are bullet proof.

I went with the ACT standard springed clutch disc, heavy duty pressure plate and the ACT Streetlite flywheel. I'm very happy with the set-up and I've been running it for about 15,000 miles. The kit comes with a new release bearing also.
I did the job in my garage over a weekend with no problems at all. If you're going to attempt this yourself, make sure you have gear oil, anaerobic sealant, red and blue loctite and all of the necessary tools. K-heuvo did a great write-up on the entire job here. You should do some searching and reading here before you attempt this. My Bently manual came in very handy as well.
