Boot Light Not Working

Hi everyone,

My boot light does not come on when the boot is opened. All other lights inside appear to be working fine. I've tried replacing the bulb but that didn't work and I've just spent the last 3 hours trying to find out which fuse I should check but none of the wiring or fuse diagrams or listings (I could find in the forum) mention the boot light.

Does any one have any advice? I could do with some help on checking the right fuse or the wiring as well.

This has been driving me insane!!

Any help would be much appreciated!!

The fuse is F14, but the other interior lights are connected to it as well. If other lights are working, the problem isn't the fuse.

I have a convertible and I'm not familiar with the hatchback. On the convertible, the tailgate strikes against switch that controls the boot light. Is there a similar switch in the hatchback?
