Can you provide some insight for me here

vs

Aside from the cost, what's the real differences for someone with mildly modded S but no super stressful bits nor driving actually, just occasional fun... which would I choose? car is coming up on 40k miles and has been pretty reliable overall (typical bits replaced: thermostat gasket, windshield spontaneous crack)

thanks

You might want to re-post in the right forum....I made the mistake of not realizing the orgional question was about an NON_S!!

LOL, I think the bells and whistles are the difference....the cheaper one seems to be a "service level" part...while the ATI is rebuildable, with a few bells and whistles, like timing marks, and the ability to specify a different size.
For the most parts a damper is good until it begins to fail, or you want to replace it with one of a different size...
Theses replacements are both of a different, supposedly better construction than the OEM.

I really prefer and recommend the ATI damper #1, it is functionally a better damper.
