Richard,
we want to have an area at Hofbrauhaus where people who haven't checked in/signed in yet for the whole AMVIV event can do so. Is there any way we can swipe a table and a couple of charis and have them right near the door for an hour or 2 during the dinner?

Sure!
We'll have a table at the entrance to our room for the dinner sign in. The presentations will happen in this area as well because of the location of the large screen TV's, so I don't see why this couldn't be the AMVIV check in area as well.

We will be arriving around 4pm to setup. If you need me to put a banner or signage up, find a way to get it to me--maybe Thursday March 3 at the Palace Station so we can install it. This means, we won't be participating in many events on Friday afternoon.

DID
LOL, we talked about doing such a thing but we were pressed for time. . Palace Station was pretty close. We took the freeway, but I'd suspect that on a Friday night, local streets might be better. I will have to talk to Donovan and Andrew about that.

On a Friday night, you want to avoid I15 if at all possible.
Best bet from Palace to Hofbrauhaus is right (east) onto Sahara, under the interstate, across the Strip then right (south) onto Paradise. Follow Paradise till you see the Hard Rock Hotel, and Hofbrauhaus is across the road (east side).

FWIW, each one is a unique design. These are silk screened on heavy weight long sleeved t-shirts by c3 Members under the guidance of OctaneGuy. These are not for sale! You can only get them by being a volunteer at AMVIV's Kick Off Dinner!

That's what I figured. So with those directions, people should actually continue on down because the Main Parking Lot will be on the west side.

MAIN Parking Lot
4813 Paradise Rd.

Hofbrauhaus
4510 Paradise Rd.

c3 Trivia

Question: How many VacuCam cameras did OctaneGuy (Richard) use to shoot his short on the Long Beach Mini Poker Rally?

Keep track of c3 Trivia questions and answers to win extra raffle tickets at the dinner!

Answer: Three VacuCams, he also used a hand held to get shots of picking up the playing cards.

We will get to see some of his work at the dinner and much more. All a part of the MINI/Mini fun stuff we have planned. Hope to see you there!

Yes please add Peter Horvath to the list.

Oh, that goodie bag is AWESOME, Toshi! I've seen it and you will NOT be disappointed!!!! The goodies in the bag, alone, are worth the price of admission!
