rear wheel drive/all wheel drive monster

Hello,

I'm new to this forum, but have loved minis since I drove one as a 16 year old in South America. I have always wanted one, and in the near future my financial means should be there. To that end, I have seen the front wheel drive B-18 conversions that look like the level of performance I want. But about a year ago, I came across a website from a race shop in Pennsylvania. They do a Supercharged or turbo'd B-18, but mount it midship where the rear seats go, and they were in the process of making an all wheel drive one.

I have looked and looked but cannot find the shop's name or website.

Has anybody come across this???? The cars are supposed to be totally awesome since its a rear wheel drive with mid mounted engine.

I currently have a 94 RX-7, and really love the power it has, I just do not want to go down in performance, and this mini seems to be all I wanted.

Thanks

I wonder who built it?

Its actually been about 2-3 yrs since I saw that site. I went as far as calling the guy because at one point I stopped seeing it in their website. He told me he had not generated that much interest, but was working on an all wheel drive model. I had the link in one of my computers, but my hardrive went down, and I have not been able to find the shop.

I am positive its in Pennsylvania. They also redo muscle cars and modernize them with better suspension, drivetrain, etc.

Anybody???

Get your hands on one of the first two issus of MC2 Magazine. I think it was the first issue where a guy in the states has a sub frame that doesn't rquire a longer bonnet.
