Mini noob question
QUick question about classic minis, from someone who is trying to learn. Now, I know that classics were stopped in 2000, but I see a lot of older ones for sale that say "2000 spec" even though it may be say, a '75 model. Is this an imported model that was really built in 2000 but imported as a 75 to avoid certain taxes or limitations? Or is it really a 75 model that was "refurbished" or so to 2000 specifications?
