JCW 13.8% pulley to Randy's 17%

Will there be much of a benefit in upgrading from a JCW 13.8% to a WMS 17% as installed by Randy?

Well, alot of guys go from the 15 to the 19, which is 4%, and you are proposing a 3.2 %, so it might be worth it. But from what I understand, the 19% with larger injectors and proper (GIAC or other) fuel mapping from an upgraded ECU flash is "Da Bomb."
