Buying a classic Mini
I saw a 1991 Rover Mini Cooper for sale on eBay - https://www.ebay.com/itm/1991-Austin...2349624.m46890.
I can’t find any info. on Hagerty about the vehicle and pricing. The seller is asking $17,500 or best offer.
Does anyone have any background info. on is make/model and is this a good deal?
