Help me ID this Classic

I am curious if the experts can weigh in. My last one was a City, but I am not sure what version this is, or if it is just a mixture of parts? Anything you can tell me about it is appreciated!

Cheers!

a late and very blinged Rover Mini

did you sneak this into the states your self, or buy it here?

If you'd like I could sign John Cooper in a few other places ....

Thank you for all of the help so far. I actually am in the process of buying it now. It should be at my place in a week or so. Needs some work, but I like projects. I looked at this car when it was for sale 5 years ago, and happened to be looking when the present owner contacted me. SOOOOO here it is. If you look on Zmax's site they have one the same color same kit.

I will fix the little stuff for now, but eventually the kit will probably come off and be replaced with some good body work and rivet style over fenders. I also like the small bumpers more. Checkered roof is out too haha.

News to come but I wanted to get some input. I really appreciate it.

Anyone have more JCW stickers I can get? haha

I'm not a fan of the right side filler cap - seeing as there isn't the right side fuel tank that it should be filling.

you're gonna pull off the body kit?

While I'm not a fan of what you got there .... I'm thinking what might be under that kit could be . . . . . OMG

It turns out that fuel cap is for an additional tank. not sure if it was removed or?

I will have a body shop look behind the kit before removing. ITs just a little much for me.

The second tank was just a mirror image of the first one, so it's clearly not there now, even if it once was. Most classic fuel caps fit on the tank filler tube, not the body, so having the cap without the tank suggests to me that the second filler cap is decoration, not functional. A glance inside the that corner of the trunk/boot will show if there is a hole for a filler tube in the body.
