hi, i want to install the viper 791xv alarm in my rover mini. is it difficult to install the alarm. does anyone use viper alarm? any tipto install alarm?

I have no experience with alarms, and unless you live in a tough neighborhood, I question the need for one.


However, be aware that a lot of late model Minis came with an immobilizer from the factory - you might open a real can of worms trying to add an alarm.


You need to get on the English Mini forums and ask that question, they'll have far more experience with the late model cars than we will, since they weren't ever imported here.
