Individual cylinder throttle bodies, my man! Great minds think alike, I love it. Including the fact that you are stripping the engine apart in a gravel driveway, lol, I'm sure some white glove wearing only-works-on-perfectly-clean-and-sanitary-surface suit is flippin **** at these pictures. Good on you, man, this looks like one helluva kick *** project. Thanks for taking the time to take photos and share! I can't wait to see it put together and hear what it sounds like!

Are you gong to replace the rods and min bearings, rings etc as part of the rebuild?

What HP will you end up with once it's done?

What does it cost for the rolling road tune over there?

Looks great. Why not go with the BMW bike head conversion if you're already pulling the head and spending a bunch of money on ITBs?

Looking Great! Can't wait to see it put back together.

I'm quite a bit away from being able to pull an engine like this.... How long did it take you to get all of the equipment necessary to do this? For someone who is new to trying to do things himself, how long did it take you to feel comfortable to take the engine out yourself? I'm always the type to put it back together and end up with an extra bolt or two... I'd be scared to do this to the engine alone. (Mind you, I've been working with computers most of my life, cars are still new. I was scared to even replace a CV joint)

Hi..Tatsugen..I have been rebuild mini engines for over 35 years now......but I started with the Haynes man then tuning the A-sreies......as for parts you will have to decide where you want your engine to go....either very fast or very reliable..............

That's an interesting air box/filter setup.

I do really like the color you've painted the VC/Thermostat housing/heater valve. Is that actual paint or powdercoat?
